What you will do
- Execute transformation projects in the field of Risk & Regulatory for financial services clients.
- Perform complex analyses to identify critical issues and create strategic solutions and action plans.
- Implement methodological concepts and tools within the client's organization.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within the risk and regulatory domain.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables and personal growth.
- Conduct internal and external training to share specialized knowledge.
Requirements
- Master's Degree.
- At least 4 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry specializing in Risk & Regulatory.
- Excellent (C1+) verbal and written English and Dutch skills.
- Deep knowledge of financial products, trends, and processes at both strategic and operational levels.
- Strong ability to solve complex problems and process large amounts of information.
- Must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
