What you will do

• Own technical design and development of BI products, semantic models, and reporting solutions for the Parcels business.
• Develop performant LookML models, Explores, and dashboards for commercial performance, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Partner with Data and Analytics Engineering to optimize warehouse structures and transformation logic for scalable reporting.
• Transition manual Google Sheets processes into scalable, governed, and reliable BI reporting solutions.
• Define technical standards for BI development, modelling, documentation, and governance.
• Collaborate with Planning, Commercial, Finance, and Logistics teams to improve performance visibility.

Requirements

• Experience in BI Engineering or Analytics Engineering with responsibility for semantic modelling and scalable analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Looker, LookML, and SQL.
• Experience building reporting products for commercial, finance, supply chain, or logistics teams.
• Strong dimensional data modelling skills and experience with governed KPI definitions.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into practical reporting and tooling solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Google Apps Script, or automation.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows.
