What you will do

• Deliver complex client projects by conducting effective data analysis to solve business problems and support strategic goals.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts and guide the improvement of data skills within the regional Club.
• Document requirements using various methods including Roadmaps, Process Mapping, Story Maps, Use Cases, and Data Mapping.
• Collaborate with the Principal Data Engineer to develop the company's data proposition and thought leadership.
• Establish and uphold high analysis quality standards and best practices across client assignments.
• Engage with the Consultancy Data Strategy and Insight practice to materialize clients' data strategies.

Requirements

• Experience with pragmatic, hands-on analysis of enterprise-scale data projects across the full SDLC in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and noSQL technologies, data streaming, BI, Data Warehousing, and ETL technologies.
• Proven experience with tools such as SAS, R, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Thorough understanding of Master Data Management, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, and Data Quality assessment.
• Ability to apply advanced analytics and statistics to complex business problems.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for story mapping, estimation, and dependency mapping.

Nice to have

• Prior consultancy experience across a variety of sectors.
• Experience leading small teams or acting as a Scrum Master.
• Technical experience implementing or managing SQL or noSQL solutions.
• Experience enabling analysis communities and influencing company policy.
