Salary: €6,000–€7,700 gross per month

What you will do

• Define the delivery approach and project governance, including the RACI matrix and communication plans.
• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process mapping sessions.
• Validate project scope, priorities, and dependencies while identifying risks and constraints.
• Document system integrations and prepare Requirements Management Plans and BRDs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and facilitate AI opportunities for operational transformation.
• Guide clients toward industry best practices for hospital modernization and digital transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst.
• Proven experience in healthcare digital transformation, including HIS/EMR/EHR or hospital modernization programs.
• Proficiency in BPMN process models, Business Capability Maps, and Stakeholder Maps.
• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and build confidence in solutions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and public-sector healthcare initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
