TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AI): Shaping the next-generation platform capabilities for digital employee experience management with an accent on AI-driven automation and architectural scalability. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain (Hybrid work model).

Salary: €66,000 – €93,000 (OTE) per year.

What you will do

  • Define and evolve platform capabilities to support AI-powered experiences and improve scalability.
  • Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI and automation for simplified configuration and management.
  • Collaborate with platform and feature PMs to design reusable, high-impact components.
  • Translate complex technical trade-offs into clear product outcomes and actionable roadmaps.
  • Drive platform modernization initiatives by aligning engineering, data, and product priorities.
  • Manage cross-domain dependencies to ensure platform reliability and cohesive evolution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management within enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms.
  • Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong systems thinking and analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems.
  • Proven ability to engage credibly with enterprise IT teams.
  • Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Ability to influence and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
