What you will do

• Develop and evolve product roadmaps aligned with client strategic objectives and discovery hypotheses.
• Manage the full lifecycle of chatbot projects from conception through implementation and maintenance.
• Lead multidisciplinary agile teams (Digital Cells) to deliver high-quality software releases on time.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by monitoring KPIs to maximize business impact and user satisfaction.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate workshops to define requirements and validate solutions.
• Coordinate directly with customers to define strategies and enhance chatbot success.

Requirements

• Experience in product and project management, including leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, ceremonies, and facilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure, or Trello.
• Ability to analyze data and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
