What you will do
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Marketplace Intelligence domain.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, ML Product Managers, and SEO specialists.
- Drive the evolution of AI-powered systems to improve customer discovery, conversion, and retention.
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Marketing teams to design scalable, experimentation-driven solutions.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across supply, demand, and funnel optimization.
- Oversee product analytics and performance measurement to ensure measurable business impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading and developing cross-functional product squads.
- Strong background in marketplace, platform, or data-driven product environments.
- Technical fluency in data pipelines, ML systems, ranking logic, and experimentation design.
- Must be based in Germany or Europe with valid work rights.
- Exceptional communication skills for simplifying complex AI and data concepts.
