What you will do

• Provide strategic advice and support on project HSSE matters.
• Develop and implement HSSE management plans and objectives.
• Lead incident investigations and generate meaningful corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide constructive reviews of safety status.
• Analyze leading and lagging indicators to identify business trends.
• Act as the primary HSSE focal point for clients.

Requirements

• Must be based on-site in Argyll, Scotland.
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Valid CSCS card and Internal Auditor certification.
• Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
• Experience in transmission and distribution, oil and gas, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with workforce and management.
