What you will do

• Partner with underwriters to evaluate risk quality and support disciplined risk selection.
• Perform risk assessments, hazard analysis, and develop EML/MFL scenarios.
• Produce high-quality risk engineering reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical opinions on complex commercial or industrial risks.
• Contribute to the development of risk assessment frameworks, tools, and loss estimation methodologies.
• Support broker and client engagement, positioning the company as a proactive risk partner.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in property and construction risk engineering or consulting.
• Degree in Engineering.
• Strong exposure to large, complex commercial or industrial risks.
• Experience with loss estimation and risk improvement practices.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada
