What you will do

• Coordinate and implement quality processes with functional and governance teams using an E2E business mindset.
• Identify and propose E2E process efficiency improvements and service expansions.
• Handle complex transactional requests, data cleansing efforts, and audit gap analysis.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation for the Data Health team.
• Lead onboarding and training for team members on process changes and updates.
• Manage projects related to new process design and participate in ERP deployment activities including PIT/UAT testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or IT.
• 5-7 years of experience in data quality, master data management (MDM), or data governance within a global environment.
• Legal authorization to work in Poland without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and previous experience working with SAP.
• Experience in business process development or redesign.
• English proficiency at a communicative level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Agile methodologies.
• Background in Manufacturing or Materials Management.
• IT programming and database experience.
