What you will do

• Lead and perform reference data activities, including processing requests for class codes, mappings, and hierarchies.
• Maintain and optimize reference data structures using tools like Ataccama RDM.
• Implement the Data Governance framework, focusing on data domain definitions and stewardship models.
• Produce and maintain governance documentation, training materials, and communication assets.
• Coordinate monthly governance forums and collaborate with Data Owners and SMEs to embed best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in hands-on data management, reference data, or data operations.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality principles.
• Proficiency in data tools (Ataccama or similar) and MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Ability to investigate and resolve data issues in deadline-focused environments.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
