What you will do

• Build and develop reports on key performance indicators including ARR, productivity, retention, and churn.
• Leverage AI capabilities to scale dashboard development and automate repetitive data tasks.
• Bridge operational metrics with financial results to drive growth and ROI.
• Enable self-serve analytics for stakeholders to foster independent data usage.
• Present clear, digestible findings to leadership while flagging risks and opportunities.
• Develop predictive models to forecast future outcomes based on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations or data analytics within a SaaS or software environment.
• 3+ years of experience working with analytical or BI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate data preparation, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance.
• Strong experience developing reports and dashboards from scratch.
