What you will do

• Provide professional administrative support to Government leadership, program offices, and mission stakeholders.
• Coordinate and schedule complex meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics and on-site execution.
• Prepare and distribute executive briefings, staff reports, agendas, and official correspondence.
• Manage personnel administration, including onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and compliance tracking (NDAs, training).
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel in accordance with Government policies.
• Maintain organizational records, knowledge repositories, and personnel rosters.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Minimum of 5 years of professional administrative experience.
• Ability to work on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland.
• Capability to handle occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel.
