Accountant (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including AR, AP, and general ledger control.
• Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist the Finance Manager with month, quarter, and year-end closing processes.
• Generate and manage financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Prepare budgets and perform analysis of actual results versus planned budget.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax specialists, and banks, and prepare VAT declarations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in general accounting and financial reporting.
• Ability to handle cash flow planning and budget preparation.
• Knowledge of VAT declarations and financial laws.
• Must be based in the Gdansk office (Poland).
