What you will do

• Manage daily financial transactions across multiple entities and currencies.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management workflows.
• Prepare and post journal entries with a focus on business activity accuracy.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations across various entities and regions.
• Assist in month-end close processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland or Romania.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-cost centre, or multi-currency structures.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems like Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
