What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of client invoicing and track incoming payments.
• Ensure contractual compliance by collecting and reviewing contracts from case teams.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metrics.
• Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and process issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of financial workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software systems.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional services environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
