Cash Management Analyst

TL;DR

Cash Management Analyst (Finance): Supporting global treasury operations by managing daily cash positions, liquidity forecasting, and banking activities with an accent on internal controls and regulatory compliance. Focus on optimizing working capital, executing payment processes, and driving process automation within a multinational corporate environment.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).

Salary: PLN 86,100 – PLN 120,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple entities and banking platforms.
• Process and reconcile payments, transfers, and funding activities in compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain and update short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity.
• Support bank account administration, including KYC documentation and account maintenance.
• Collaborate with finance teams to deliver accurate cash reporting and month-end close support.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or banking operations.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, liquidity management, and banking systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with treasury management systems (TMS) is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required for daily interaction with an international team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in multinational corporate environments.
• Familiarity with payment platforms, SWIFT messaging, and electronic banking tools.
• Knowledge of FX transactions, hedging basics, and financial instruments.
• Understanding of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
