What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical SEO program, including crawl architecture, indexation strategy, and site health monitoring across all markets.
• Lead the relationship with Product and Engineering by writing precise technical tickets and validating implementations.
• Build and maintain measurement infrastructure using GSC and GA4 to accurately reflect organic performance.
• Conduct deep-dive technical audits and translate findings into prioritized, developer-ready briefs.
• Monitor algorithm updates, crawl behavior, and Core Web Vitals to proactively recommend responses.
• Act as deputy to the Head of Organic Growth, managing team standups and sprint rituals.

Requirements

• Proven technical SEO experience, specifically with e-commerce properties.
• Expert knowledge of crawl budget management, canonicalization, hreflang, and structured data.
• Strong command of GA4, GSC, and at least one rank-tracking platform.
• Ability to communicate complex technical root causes and remediations to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Brighton (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with localization and hreflang at scale across multiple European markets.
• Exposure to agile/sprint-based workflows.
• Experience running SEO A/B tests or CRO experiments.
• Proficiency with Python or SQL for SEO automation and data analysis.
