What you will do

• Prepare manufacturing cost reports and analyze P&L and Actuals.
• Supervise and close work orders while minimizing BOM cost system errors.
• Calculate production costs, overhead allocation, and prepare KPI reports.
• Manage CAPEX monthly forecasts, analysis, and movement capitalization.
• Serve as a SAP CO module key user and ensure financial process governance.
• Provide audit support for group, statutory, tax, and cost stock audits.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar.
• 7 years of experience in a similar controlling or warehouse management role preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Expertise in SAP Controlling, Finance, and Manufacturing processes.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in West Branch, IA.
• Fluent English communication skills and a valid driver's license.
