What you will do

• Evaluate and recommend approval for new clients and conduct ongoing audits of existing subscribers.
• Investigate potential clients to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent use.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act rules and regulations.
• Collect and analyze supporting documentation for due diligence, financial stability, and legal permissible purpose.
• Educate new and existing external clients on the appropriate use of credit reports and reporting information.
• Update and maintain account data using Salesforce and Mainframe systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or High-school Diploma.
• At least 1 year of fraud and/or investigations experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for maintaining complex spreadsheets.
• English fluency is required.
• Experience with web query tools.
