What you will do
- Coordinate integrated event campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels.
- Manage print advertising campaigns via Salesforce, collaborating with the Ad Production team.
- Build and update event websites to ensure smooth registration journeys and integrations.
- Execute organic social media activity across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram throughout the event lifecycle.
- Create promotional assets and social-first video content using tools like Canva.
- Analyze campaign performance and compile audience insights for post-event reporting.
Requirements
- Passion for live and digital events with a desire to develop marketing and social media skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for creating engaging social and email copy.
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Basic video editing skills and analytical ability to understand campaign performance.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom to support the hybrid onsite requirement.
Nice to have
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- A relevant degree or approximately one year of marketing experience.
