What you will do

• Coordinate integrated event campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels.
• Manage print advertising campaigns via Salesforce, collaborating with the Ad Production team.
• Build and update event websites to ensure smooth registration journeys and integrations.
• Execute organic social media activity across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram throughout the event lifecycle.
• Create promotional assets and social-first video content using tools like Canva.
• Analyze campaign performance and compile audience insights for post-event reporting.

Requirements

• Passion for live and digital events with a desire to develop marketing and social media skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for creating engaging social and email copy.
• Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Basic video editing skills and analytical ability to understand campaign performance.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom to support the hybrid onsite requirement.
