What you will do

• Monitor and maintain social media channels, creating and scheduling content while responding to enquiries.
• Track and report on performance metrics across digital platforms to support campaign evaluation.
• Update and maintain website content using a content management system.
• Manage shared team inboxes and assist with email communications for stakeholder engagement.
• Support the administration and promotion of online and in-person events, including content production.
• Assist with administrative processes such as financial procedures and team reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Edinburgh, UK for hybrid office attendance.
• Proficiency with digital tools including Microsoft Office and social media management platforms like Hootsuite.
• Experience creating and publishing engaging social media content in a professional context.
• Strong communication skills with a high degree of literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to work with data and present metrics clearly.
• Understanding of GDPR and experience maintaining databases with high attention to detail.
