Senior Vice President of Product (AI)

Senior Vice President of Product (AI/DevSecOps): Leading all Product Management and Product Marketing efforts to build an AI-powered software delivery platform with an accent on agentic software development and DevSecOps. Focus on governing AI-generated code, autonomous testing, and scaling intelligent software delivery for Global 5000 enterprises.

Location: Must be based in the US. Preference for Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX, but remote within the US is considered.

Salary: $250,000–$275,000 annual base salary plus annual bonus and stock.

What you will do

• Lead global Product Management and Documentation, evolving the vision and strategy for AI-driven DevSecOps solutions.
• Develop and execute persona-based messaging and positioning strategies to drive GTM motions and buyer engagement.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with major customers and the Customer Advisory Board.
• Mentor and lead a world-class team of Product Management and Product Marketing Managers, VPs, and Directors.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing leadership to ensure seamless solution delivery and market alignment.
• Own competitive research and represent the company at industry events and with market analysts.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience in growth software companies focusing on DevOps, Agile, Testing, and ALM.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing both product management and product marketing teams.
• Deep expertise in agentic AI and LLMs and their application in enterprise software delivery (code governance, autonomous testing).
• Proven track record of leading successful enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to distill qualitative data into key takeaways.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
