What you will do

• Conduct program admissions using ASAM criteria to determine appropriate level of care.
• Deliver IOP curriculum including Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT sessions for at least 3 hours per day.
• Provide evidence-based individual counseling and empowering crisis support services.
• Develop and maintain clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, case managers, and support staff to optimize program operations.
• Engage in community outreach and build relationships with referral partners and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters level degree required.
• Certification/License: GCADC-I, CADC-I, CPS-AD, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT required.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Tifton, GA.
• Strong knowledge of substance abuse populations and treatment planning.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure in a clinical environment.
