What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage a diverse caseload ranging from mild presentations to complex and severe mental health needs.

• Collaborate with the clinical consultations team for rapid support and specialty group meetings.
• Maintain a private or group practice to facilitate preferred in-person care delivery.

Requirements

• Full-time resident of the United States.
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) allowing independent practice without supervision.
• Ability to provide in-person care with an office located in the Rhode Island area.
• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track.
• Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
