What you will do

• Provide evidence-based therapy (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) to a diverse range of clients.
• Manage clinical caseloads ranging from mild to severe mental health presentations.
• Utilize the Lyra platform for scheduling, billing, and clinical documentation.
• Engage in measurement-based care and promote skills practice for improved patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Lyra’s clinical consultation teams for ongoing professional support.

Requirements

• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
• Must hold an unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license in Minnesota.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin.
• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Strong preference for providers able to offer in-person care.
