Specialty Care Navigator (Mood & Anxiety): Providing initial assessment, coaching, and care coordination for members with chronic mood and anxiety disorders with an accent on DBT skills and motivational interviewing. Focus on identifying appropriate levels of care, performing safety planning, and facilitating seamless referrals within an AI-native platform.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US). Work shift: Monday-Friday, 9-5pm PST

Salary: $33.33 - $42.31 Hourly

What you will do

• Conduct telephonic screening, brief interventions, and referrals to specialty treatment providers.
• Apply active listening, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing to support members in goal setting.
• Utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills to coach members throughout their care journey.
• Identify appropriate levels of care and coordinate with hirify.global providers.
• Provide in-the-moment support and safety planning for members in crisis.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including provider operations and billing to ensure a smooth experience.

Requirements

• Required mental health license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical care experience with chronic and severe mood and anxiety disorders.
• Experience with diagnostic assessment, triage, and motivational interviewing.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mood and anxiety, with a strong preference for DBT training.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new computer platforms and EHR systems.
• Ability to work PST hours (9-5pm).

• DBT certifications.
