What you will do

  • Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Account Managers, including hiring and performance management.
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion while managing retention and churn.
  • Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers, conducting structured QBRs and MBRs with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Own portfolio forecasting and reporting on revenue, pipeline, and customer health to inform territory planning.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management handling complex multi-stakeholder B2B accounts in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing commercial teams in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen for owning negotiations, renewals, and executive-level conversations.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize accounts using data-driven insights.
  • Experience orchestrating complex projects across technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Domain expertise in payments, FX, card issuing, or treasury.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM, account planning, and forecasting tools.
