What you will do
- Support strategic and operational initiatives across the Legal Division.
- Manage budgets, reporting, expense tracking, and related operational processes.
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and executive communications for senior leadership.
- Coordinate follow-up actions and drive accountability across multiple workstreams on behalf of leadership.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of priorities.
- Lead special projects, research, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in business management, operations, legal administration, finance, or project management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in New York City.
