What you will do

  • Act as the primary strategic point of accountability for 8-10 B2B clients from handoff through renewal.
  • Translate client business cases into 90-day, hypothesis-driven execution plans tied to business outcomes.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Campaign Planning Reviews, building the narrative and driving commitments.
  • Direct cross-functional delivery across Strategy, Creative, Paid Media, and Web teams.
  • Proactively monitor account health, retention risks, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Own the renewal conversation and manage detailed account records and business planning.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account management or marketing management experience at an agency or B2B marketing firm.
  • Fluency in B2B marketing with an understanding of how marketing hirify.globals pipeline and revenue.
  • Literacy in performance marketing (SEO, paid media, content) to hold specialists accountable.
  • Active hands-on adoption of AI tools in daily professional workflows.
  • Executive-level communication skills and the confidence to challenge clients strategically.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
