Compensation: $48,000–$52,000 CAD per annum

What you will do

• Support Implementation Consultants in moving clients through the hirify.globalWay process.
• Review and audit client employee data, policies, and job descriptions for accuracy.
• Perform quality checks on new system setups against standardized checklists.
• Use reporting tools to surface insights and manage special projects for the client network.
• Maintain task tracking and organization within Jira to ensure project completion.
• Learn and eventually deliver micro-learning training sessions to clients.

Requirements

• University or college graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Tech-savvy with a proven ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, accurate work.
• English proficiency required; fluency in French is considered an asset.
• Ability to maintain discipline and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be flexible with working hours to meet client expectations.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in HR or HR operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Jira, or Canva.
