Junior Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote within Canada

Salary: CAD 48,000–52,000 per annum

What you will do

• Support Implementation Consultants as clients move through the hirify.globalWay implementation process.
• Review employee data, policies, and job descriptions for accuracy and alignment.
• Audit new client setups for organization, workflow, and completeness before handoff.
• Use Reports & Analytics to surface client insights and contribute to special projects.
• Maintain Jira as a task board and follow daily routines to keep implementation work visible and complete.
• Progress toward supporting and delivering micro-learning sessions as platform expertise grows.

Requirements

• University graduate, or college graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and software.
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to learn new software quickly.
• Experience or interest in HR, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, and performance management.
• English is required.
• Must be located in Canada for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French to support French-speaking clients and platform maintenance.
• Experience with HR software, reporting, client implementation, or change management.
