Client Strategy Manager (Marketing/CTV): Developing brand-specific advertising solutions and CTV strategies to drive revenue growth for priority accounts with an accent on ad tech integration and programmatic partnerships. Focus on crafting impactful campaigns, partnering with Ad Sales, and optimizing the balance between advertiser objectives and consumer experience.

Location: New York, United States (Hybrid: Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote)

Salary: $108,000 - $137,000 annually

What you will do

  • Partner with the Ad Sales team to drive revenue and adoption of hirify.global’s advertising offerings.
  • Deliver strategic solutions leveraging ad products, measurement, targeting, and data solutions to drive performance for partners.
  • Develop new strategies to unlock ad spend from both Brand and Performance Marketers.
  • Merchandise hirify.global’s interoperability and democratize programmatic partnerships to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Present custom programs and solutions to internal and external senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product teams to drive innovation based on client feedback and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant CTV experience as a marketer or brand strategist.
  • Expertise in ad tech and a strong understanding of the streaming, digital, social, and programmatic advertising landscape.
  • Professional experience developing ad strategies across multiple verticals.
  • Track record of working cross-functionally to build processes and solve problems in the pre-sale process.
  • Experience presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Must be based in New York, US and able to work in-office Monday through Thursday.
