What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives and the company-wide goals process.
• Define business outcomes and translate them into deliverable programme plans.
• Manage project scope, baseline plans, and identify critical paths to resolve bottlenecks.
• Allocate spend, forecast budgets, and track actuals to prevent over-spend.
• Secure and manage internal and external resources, including capacity and capability.
• Manage risks and issues through established governance frameworks and hold stakeholders accountable.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Experience delivering projects in financial services, especially within risk and regulatory contexts.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and juggling multiple workstreams.
• Multi-disciplined delivery experience including process change, product launches, and systems implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills for internal documentation and team alignment.
