What you will do
- Lead strategic initiatives and the company-wide goals process.
- Define business outcomes and translate them into deliverable programme plans.
- Manage project scope, baseline plans, and identify critical paths to resolve bottlenecks.
- Allocate spend, forecast budgets, and track actuals to prevent over-spend.
- Secure and manage internal and external resources, including capacity and capability.
- Manage risks and issues through established governance frameworks and hold stakeholders accountable.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Experience delivering projects in financial services, especially within risk and regulatory contexts.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and juggling multiple workstreams.
- Multi-disciplined delivery experience including process change, product launches, and systems implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills for internal documentation and team alignment.
