What you will do

• Oversee the setup, operation, and monitoring of complex systems, including CNC machines and automated equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
• Mentor and train junior technicians and operators on best practices and operational procedures.
• Implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce cycle times.
• Manage advanced preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Enforce strict adherence to quality standards and OSHA safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or senior technician capacity.
• Expertise in industrial automation and troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems.
• Deep understanding of quality control standards and testing protocols.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lakewood, Colorado.
