What you will do

• Track multiple upcoming technology deployments and required deliverables.
• Manage Enterprise Change Management (ECM) initiatives and events within the Registry platform.
• Attend and present at governance forums to large audiences.
• Analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges and evaluate variable factors.
• Collaborate with client personnel to ensure the resolution of issues and meeting of deliverables.
• Document and distribute meeting minutes from governance forums.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
• Must be based in or able to work in Charlotte, North Carolina.
• Strong understanding of business execution functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
