What you will do

• Build a comprehensive understanding of the private lending organization by collaborating with Regional Lending Managers, Private Lending Underwriters, Credit, Legal, Global Client Financing, and other operations teams across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.
• Partner with PWM PWAs and WMPS to support clients through loan application, origination, and ongoing servicing within the portfolio.
• Identify process efficiency opportunities to reduce manual tasks while increasing control in a rapidly growing business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven client service skills, teamwork, and the ability to handle time-sensitive and highly confidential tasks.
• Ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior business leaders across cross-divisional teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive ownership mindset with strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.
