What you will do

• Process incoming and outgoing checks with high accuracy, including logging, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Maintain and update recurring reports in Excel to support team operations and audit readiness.
• Perform record updates for donor-advised funds and ensure data integrity across administrative systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to administrative workflows and team procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve administrative items and gather necessary information for grant-making tasks.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably within charitable organizations or donor-advised funds.
• BA/BS degree.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for reporting and data maintenance.
• Proven experience in client service and professional outreach.
• Ability to work onsite in Cohoes, NY.
