What you will do

• Manage end-user requests and provide solutions via the ServiceNow ticketing system, email, and Teams.
• Issue and modify Purchase Orders within the Oracle system.
• Support Purchasing Analysts and Managers with various ad hoc tasks.
• Perform compliance activities by verifying potential purchases against vendor contracts.
• Review and update internal process documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to address and resolve technical and process issues.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English.
• Valid work permit and residency in Poland.
• Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
