TL;DR

Junior Procurement Specialist (SAP): Managing the end-to-end PR to PO process and supplier coordination within the EUOPC procurement function with an accent on SAP operational excellence and data accuracy. Focus on optimizing supplier lifecycle activities, resolving procurement-related issues, and maintaining master data in SAP and SAP Ariba.

Location: Hybrid (8 office days per month)

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end PR to PO process for direct and indirect procurement activities in SAP.
  • Monitor open purchase orders, coordinate Goods Receipt (GR), and support invoice processing.
  • Track operational performance and maintain accurate procurement reports and data.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues regarding cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Support supplier lifecycle activities, including registration, qualification, and first-level support.
  • Maintain SAP master data and support SAP Ariba system maintenance.

Requirements

  • Experience in operational procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in SAP (experience with SAP Ariba is a strong advantage).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and process tracking.
  • English: B2/C1 level required.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.

  • German language proficiency (B2/C1).
