What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations within the Strategic Sourcing team to gain procurement insights.
• Prepare RFQs and assist in tendering and award processes.
• Coordinate requests, offers, and feedback with international suppliers.
• Maintain and update procurement data in SAP to ensure system consistency.
• Conduct price and market analyses to support sourcing decisions.
• Develop and improve reporting tools using Excel and Power BI.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a comparable field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work on-site in Hamburg at least 2 days per week.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Proficiency in German.
