Supervisor, IT Service Delivery (Microsoft Windows)

Location: Alden Plant, Alden, New York, United States; onsite

Salary: $86,250–$126,500 per year, plus a cash-based incentive program

What you will do

• Lead the site IT client support team and manage day-to-day desktop support operations.
• Manage, coach, evaluate, and develop site support technicians while fostering continuous improvement.
• Coordinate site technology projects, implementations, technical changes, and business technology requests.
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering teams, Technology Services, vendors, and service providers to ensure consistent solutions.
• Manage PC stock levels, local asset provisioning, and the annual PC refresh process.
• Support incident, problem, and change management, quality and customer audit responses, documentation, and Architecture Review Board activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of related experience providing IT desktop support in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a multi-site Microsoft Windows environment.
• Strong understanding of Windows desktop and server technologies and LAN/WAN networking.
• Deep understanding of IT requirements in site manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
