What you will do

  • Lead the IT client site support team to meet organizational goals and customer expectations.
  • Act as a business liaison and IT coordinator for site technology projects and implementations.
  • Manage technical aspects of projects, changes, and coordination of IT responses for quality or customer audits.
  • Direct day-to-day operations, providing mentoring and leadership to client services staff.
  • Oversee PC stock levels and coordinate the annual PC refresh process.
  • Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering teams to maintain service continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience providing IT desktop support within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing multi-site Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Solid understanding of Windows desktop, server, and LAN/WAN networking technologies.
  • Strong leadership ability and experience managing high-priority demands.
