System Administrator (RedHat Linux/Windows)

Location: 308 Sentinel Drive, Annapolis Junction, Maryland, United States; onsite role

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide Tier I and Tier II IT support and resolve escalated infrastructure issues.
• Manage client, server, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain RedHat Linux, UNIX, and Windows systems.
• Support vulnerability management with Nessus and maintain POA&Ms.
• Patch systems according to security and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors on system specifications, refreshes, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of system administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with RedHat Linux and Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.
• Experience configuring UNIX and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with Nessus, POA&Ms, and STE/STN initiatives.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and U.S. person status are required; U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
