Senior IT Services Engineer / Systems Administrator

Location: Onsite in Redondo Beach and Cypress, California, United States, with regular travel between both facilities.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day IT operations across two manufacturing facilities, including hardware, software, networking, identity, endpoints, and user lifecycle management.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows and macOS endpoints, servers, cloud infrastructure, and business applications.
• Support production-floor technology, network-connected manufacturing devices, printing systems, conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, and shared workstations.
• Maintain wired and wireless networks, including switches, access points, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and production connectivity.
• Implement endpoint security, patching, backups, disaster recovery, configuration standards, and monitoring.
• Support IT and cybersecurity compliance, manage vendors and procurement, maintain documentation, and resolve technical issues end to end.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or a similar hands-on technical role.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, switching, and wireless networking.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows, macOS, identity and access management, endpoint management, and security controls.
• Experience supporting printers, production and label printing systems, audiovisual equipment, conference rooms, kiosks, and network-connected devices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, autonomy, and end-to-end ownership skills.
• Ability to work onsite and regularly travel between the Redondo Beach and Cypress facilities. Applicants must meet applicable ITAR eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or another regulated environment.
• Familiarity with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, or similar cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
• Experience supporting specialized manufacturing systems, production equipment, or operational technology.
