TL;DR

What you will do
- Manage product P&Ls and develop plans to achieve commercial targets.
- Identify opportunities to drive further benefit and execute relevant initiatives.
- Analyze product, commercial initiative, and route-to-market performance.
- Translate complex data into narratives and action plans for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate across diverse teams to close performance gaps in core products.
Requirements
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset for interpreting performance data.
- Proven ability to turn insights into measurable performance improvements.
- Experience presenting recommendations and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive approach to understanding performance drivers.
- Appropriate right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
Nice to have
- Experience in commercial trading, e-commerce, or data-led analytical roles.
- Background in owning or influencing performance in target-driven environments.
- Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives across marketing, operations, or product teams.
