TL;DR

What you will do
- Own and continuously improve programme governance, reporting, and delivery controls to provide clear insights for decision-making.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 and AI tools, such as Copilot, to automate PMO activities and enhance transparency and efficiency.
- Monitor programme performance, track milestones, and proactively escalate risks and issues.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, ensuring decisions and follow-ups are driven to completion.
- Support change and adoption activities, including readiness, communications, and training.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PMO on at least 3 complex cross-functional business programmes.
- Expertise in setting up governance and delivery controls for successful programme delivery.
- Ability to independently create and maintain director-level artefacts, including plans, risks, issues, budgets, and dependencies.
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders up to Managing Director level.
- Proficiency in MS365 and AI tools to produce high-quality written communications (specifically PowerPoint).
- Must be based in the UK with valid right to work.

- Experience improving governance, reporting, or programme delivery frameworks.
- Experience embedding AI-enabled ways of working within PMO environments.
- Exposure to change, adoption, or training and readiness activities.
- Recognized project management qualification or equivalent experience.
