Location: Remote - Peru

What you will do

  • Own SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies across owned channels and manage organic social distribution.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding entry points.
  • Coordinate paid media strategies with an agency to ensure full-funnel message consistency.
  • Build and prioritize a growth experiment backlog, developing hypotheses and analyzing results.
  • Own funnel metrics from first touch through activation, pulling and analyzing data independently.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Revenue Management to influence the roadmap and GTM execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B/B2C SaaS.
  • Proven track record of improving search rankings and organic performance.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to extract data and execute insights.
  • Experience designing and running end-to-end experiments.
  • Ability to connect channel performance to downstream business outcomes (activation, retention).
  • Must be based in Peru.

Nice to have

  • Experience in short-term rental, proptech, or hospitality sectors.
  • Familiarity with SQL or similar data querying tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, or other CRMs.
