Salary: OTE $129,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own high-complexity onboarding projects involving ERP integrations (NetSuite, Dynamics).
• Coordinate alignment between finance leaders, IT teams, and external consultants.
• Design advanced system setups and complex customizations for customers.
• Apply financial expertise to onboard invoice modules and define workflows.
• Resolve project escalations and provide solution-oriented guidance.
• Mentor junior implementation team members and share best practices.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• At least 2 years of proven project management experience in implementation.
• Solid technical or financial acumen.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Boston or Chicago hubs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with custom integrations (SSO, HRIS, SCIM, ERP, CRM).
• Background in consulting, finance, or spend management solutions.
• Additional language proficiencies.
