Salary: $58,000 – $77,000

What you will do

• Translate customer business requirements and operational workflows into technical implementation designs and configuration plans.
• Configure hirify.global platforms to support specific customer use cases, integrations, and data mapping requirements.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to validate the quality and functionality of the implementation.
• Lead customer meetings, stand-ups, and status reviews to drive project timelines and deliverables.
• Deliver comprehensive customer training and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term adoption and self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback for continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing B2B SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude in solution design, configuration, integration, and validation.
• Proven project management experience, including the ability to develop project plans and RACIs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience within agriculture, energy, transportation, or weather-sensitive industries.
• Familiarity with service design methodologies and professional project management tools.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
