What you will do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair F-16 airframe structures including fuselage, wings, and stabilizers.
• Fabricate and install structural parts using sheet metal and composite materials.
• Interpret technical orders, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals.
• Execute structural modifications and depot-level repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in compliance with Air Force standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including avionics and propulsion specialists.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing maintenance on military aircraft, specifically US Air Force F-16.
• Completion of USAF Aircraft Structural Maintenance (3-level) training or equivalent.
• Proficiency with sheet metal fabrication and structural troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of maintenance documentation systems like GO81 or IMDS.
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces and flight line environments.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with F-16 structural maintenance.
• FAA Airframe License or equivalent certification.
• Experience with depot-level modification programs.
• Proficiency in advanced composite repair and non-destructive inspection.
