Materials Technician

What you will do

• Verify part availability and read blueprints to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and industrial trucks to move and replenish materials.
• Examine received materials for quality, quantity, and damage discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding inventory issues and quality control.
• Process internal parts for correction and external rejected parts for credit.
• Assist in picking and packing customer orders as needed.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience or training.
• Ability to drive industrial powered trucks such as Reach Trucks or Order Pickers.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication, mathematical, and computer skills.
